Our Mission
At Ana Garcia Consulting, we work to empower Black, Indigenous, and other marginalized communities through tailored coaching in career and leadership development, entrepreneurship, and personal finance. Our coaching provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of their personal values and needs, the barriers created by implicit norms, expectations, and inequitable work environments and how to navigate and challenge these barriers.
We are dedicated to creating pathways and opportunities to reconnect with our ancestral and embodied knowing, and promoting progress toward a future that values the well-being of all individuals and communities.
